The hotel was reasonably clean and staff were courteous and nice, everything was good. I truly enjoyed the room, it was new-fashioned, had exceptionally comfortable bed and good bathroom. The location was marvellous and unbeatable, relatively near Curzon Hall. There were shopping centers and big stores around the property. It was surely a great stay for an extra 2 nights.

Stayed in brilliant a double room with a balcony. The whole staff was really good and courteous. The location next to a bistro was marvellous for us. Further, it was close to public transport shopping center, Bar and restaurant already in the premises, and Macquarie shopping centre.

In overall the room was quiet and brilliant and with a comfy couch and continental breakfast, as example.

The staff were especially helpful and very amiable, overall. We had newly remodelled, neat room with air-conditioning and comfortable beds, as example.

The hotel staff was very rude.

It was a PLEASANT stay, absolutely great place. The hotel was located next to public transport shopping center, Bar and restaurant and Sydney. Comfortable location - only a short distance to everywhere we needed. It also was in the kids play area.

The room was very old, we expected better.

All in all everything was lovely, had a good stay for an extra 2 nights. We loved huge rooms with a balcony and the staff were efficient. That hotel was in a decent location, in a great part of the city.

Had secure parking and a restaurant on-site. The bathroom was well-equipped with plenty of towels and toiletries.

During my Xmas stay, the air conditioner was slow to cool the room which made it very uncomfortable upon arrival. We also had to call reception for a missing TV remote and a shortage of toilet paper.

We recently stayed at a motel that was situated in a very convenient location. It was nearly in the heart of the city, not too noisy but bustling with activities. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the room and the sparkling bathroom. The staff was helpful and welcoming. Free parking and wifi are valuable assets. The nice bistro attached to the hotel was a great addition, with a good range of delicious food options.

The breakfast was not quite up to our expectations.

The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and the hotel had all the facilities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The room was tidy, clean, and had a nice atmosphere. Tall ceilings added to the ambiance. Complimentary breakfast and coffee were a great tradition. The staff was kind and even offered a breakfast pack for my early check-out. The front desk girls were amazing and went above and beyond to help. The location, price, and cleanliness were great. Bistro on premises offered meals at a reasonable price. Breakfast and Wifi were included.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The location of Nightcap was perfect for the wedding we attended at Cuzon Hall. The hotel provided a complimentary shuttle service to and from the wedding venue, which was incredibly convenient. Despite leaving early and not experiencing breakfast, the restaurant on site was a great addition. The bed in our room was comfortable and the shower provided a pleasant experience. I would recommend this hotel.

Well, the location of the hotel was just perfect! We were only a few minutes' drive from the main city center, which made getting around very easy. The hotel also offered free parking and Wi-Fi, which saved us some money. We also appreciated the fact that there was a bistro next door where we could dine and an impressive kids' play area that kept our little ones entertained for hours!

Our stay was not without its bumps. we did not like the breakfast at all.
